Prepaid pass or subscription?
Every pass is fully prepaid. You pay once for a fixed period and there is no recurring billing. Nothing renews automatically and nothing charges your card again without you buying a new pass.
What happens when my pass expires?
Your access to paid courses pauses when the period ends. We email you before the expiry date so there are no surprises. Your progress and certificates stay saved, and you can buy a new pass any time to continue.
Do you offer refunds?
The Free tier lets you try Course 1 in full and preview every course before you pay, so you know what you are buying. Because passes unlock content immediately, we handle refund requests case by case. Reach out and we will help.
Are certificates accredited?
No, and we say that plainly. Our certificates are not an accredited qualification. They confirm hands-on completion and real practical effort on the checkpoints, which is proof of skill you can show, not a formal accreditation.
Can I switch passes?
Yes. You can buy any pass at any time. When a longer pass makes more sense, just purchase it and enjoy the extended access. Passes are about the access period, so pick the length that fits how you learn.
Which pass is the best value?
The Yearly pass at RM390 works out to about RM32.50 a month, RM150 less than paying monthly across a year. Passes are prepaid with no recurring billing, and every pass unlocks all courses. It is built for students and working adults across Malaysia.
