1. Who we are

EpochLab ("EpochLab", "we", "us") is a Malaysia-based online platform that teaches Machine Learning and Deep Learning through structured courses, interactive lessons, and hands-on checkpoints. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use EpochLab.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country, or have a parent or guardian agree on your behalf.
• One person, one account. Do not share access to paid content.

3. Passes and payment

• Paid access uses prepaid passes (Monthly, Semester, Yearly). A pass grants full access for a fixed period and then expires. There is no automatic renewal and no recurring billing.
• Payments are processed by toyyibPay (FPX, card, and e-wallet). We do not store your full card details.
• Because access is delivered immediately and digitally, passes are generally non-refundable once activated, except where required by law. If a payment is taken in error, contact us.
• Free content (Course 1 in full and a preview of each course) is available without a pass.

4. Certificates

Certificates issued by EpochLab confirm hands-on completion and practical effort. They are not an accredited qualification and are not endorsed by any university or government body. A certificate is granted only when a full course, including its final project, is completed.

5. Integrity and acceptable use

EpochLab coaches you to build your own work. Our assistant tools give hints and feedback, they do not complete your assignments, final-year project, or any graded work for you. You agree to:

• Do your own work and submit honest checkpoint approaches.
• Not scrape, resell, or redistribute course content or datasets beyond what their licenses allow.
• Not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
• Not use EpochLab for any unlawful purpose.

6. Datasets and third-party content

Courses reference public datasets and tools that carry their own licenses. You are responsible for complying with each dataset's license when you download or use it. We link to sources for study and reference; we do not grant rights beyond those licenses.

7. Intellectual property

The EpochLab platform, lessons, animations, and brand are owned by EpochLab. Your pass gives you a personal, non-transferable right to access the content while it is active. Work you create in your own notebooks remains yours.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep EpochLab available and add a new course roughly every month, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, add, or remove content and features. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date.

9. Disclaimers and liability

EpochLab is provided on an "as is" basis for educational purposes. We do not warrant that the content is error-free or fit for a particular outcome. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using EpochLab at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms. Passes are tied to the account and are not transferable.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
